Home Health AideCaring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Home Health Aides for FULL TIME/PER DIEM positions in Boston, Roxbury, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale.Qualifications of a Home Health Aide Include:Be reliable and dependable.Have HHA certification.Be able to use a computer for documentation.Able to efficiently perform all HHA tasks.Have a car and a valid driver's license.Home care experience is a plus.Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide Include:Helps the patient to maintain good personal hygiene.Assists in maintaining a healthful, safe environment for patients.Plans and prepares simple meals.Assists patients with basic health-related care needs.Encourages the patients to become as independent as possible and follow the aide care plan.Report any change in the patients' mental or physical condition.Performs routine housekeeping tasks as related to a safe and comfortable environment for the patients.Attends and completes in-services as required by state and federal regulations.Benefits of a Home Health Aide:Competitive Pay.Paid Holidays.Caring Hearts Homecare is a Medicare/Medicaid certified home health agency based in Wilmington MA.
