Job Responsibilities :

The Senior Creator Success Manager is the senior creator-side dealmaker and delivery owner for US influencer campaigns. Based in Irvine, this person sources the right creators, negotiates and books talent, manages agency and manager relationships, and owns creator execution from initial outreach through final deliverable. The role requires exceptional creator judgment, commercial negotiation skill, meticulous campaign control, and the trust to solve high-pressure issues quickly while protecting both the creator relationship and the client commitment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a deep, current network of US creators, talent managers, influencer agencies, and creator representation firms across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Translate client briefs, budgets, audience requirements, and campaign objectives into high-quality creator rosters using content fit, audience data, geography, brand safety, performance, and creative potential.
• Lead creator outreach, rate discovery, negotiation, and booking; secure competitive terms covering fees, deliverables, timing, usage, exclusivity, whitelisting, makegoods, and cancellation while protecting campaign margin and creator trust.
• Own the creator workstream from verbal commitment through contracting, onboarding, briefing, asset and tracking-link delivery, setup calls, scheduling, approvals, go-live, posted content, makegoods, and final documentation.
• Run multiple simultaneous campaigns with precise control of creator status, rates, deliverables, dates, approvals, rights, content links, invoices, and payment dependencies in the campaign tracker or CRM.
• Monitor live and published creator content for readiness, disclosure, brand safety, technical execution, and quality; resolve logistics, scheduling, creative, and compliance problems quickly and escalate material risk early.
• Partner with Brand Sales, Integrated Marketing, Campaign Management, Legal, Finance, and Analytics to validate feasibility, build accurate budgets and rosters, and deliver campaigns that meet client commitments.
• Act as a trusted creator advocate and internal expert, giving direct feedback, protecting long-term relationships, identifying repeat-booking opportunities, and raising the operating standard for creator-facing work.

• 5+ years of hands-on creator partnerships, talent management, influencer campaign operations, or creator sourcing at an agency, platform, media company, or creator network.
• Documented success sourcing and booking high-quality US creators and working directly with major talent agencies, influencer agencies, managers, and independent creators.
• Exceptional negotiator who can close fair, commercially sound creator deals quickly under fixed budgets, margin constraints, and demanding campaign timelines.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, overlapping campaigns from roster development through live or published delivery without losing control of details or relationships.
• Expert knowledge of Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram creator formats, audience signals, brand safety, FTC disclosure, usage rights, paid amplification, whitelisting, and exclusivity.
• Calm, direct, service-oriented communicator with strong creator judgment, meticulous operating habits, and the ownership mindset to solve problems before they threaten delivery.

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field, or equivalent creator-industry experience.

Salary Ranges:

$81,822.00 - $136,370.00 (per annum)
