We are seeking a Maintenance & Manufacturing Technician to support aircraft component work while helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment.

Maintenance/Manufacturing Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $23.54 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )

• Perform cleaning, benching, sawing, masking, assembly, disassembly, touch-up, and testing of aircraft parts and components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment while following technical drawings, manuals, SOPs, and regulatory requirements (FAA, OEM, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through general housekeeping, janitorial duties, and proper handling of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Empty trash and recycling containers, clean work areas, and support overall facility upkeep.
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts to move materials, equipment, and supplies safely throughout the facility.
• Complete required documentation, part marking, time entry, training records, and other administrative tasks accurately.
• Assist with receiving, storing, issuing, and returning parts while supporting general shop operations, continuous improvement efforts, and other duties as assigned.

Maintenance/Manufacturing Technician Qualifications:

• Aviation experience (1+ year preferred), metalworking knowledge a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license required
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, technical manuals, and specifications
• Skilled in using basic tools and equipment with good problem-solving ability
• Experience operating forklifts and/or scissor lifts preferred 
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
