Lender Services Agent

You’ll gain hands‑on experience in revenue recovery, supported by a full training and development program. The role offers hybrid working and a weekly alternating shift pattern between the hours of 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday, giving you flexibility and balance alongside a fast‑paced, professional environment. Responsibilities You will work as part of either the Collections, Enforcement or Return of Goods teams, where you will manage a portfolio of cases from start to finish through the legal process. Depending on which team you are in, your role will encompass preparing and issuing legal proceedings, ensuring compliance with FCA Consumer Duty and SRA regulations and ensuring our clients are updated throughout the process. Day to day, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls, with courts, clients and customers. You will review payment plans and maintain accurate case records. You will balance regulatory requirements with commercial objectives, applying empathy and professionalism to ensure customers are treated fairly while delivering successful outcomes for our clients. What will help you succeed in this role? Excellent verbal communication and telephone handling skills Considerable IT skills, including Microsoft Office Strong administrative and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure in a high‑volume, regulated environment Teamwork and client‑focused mindset Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines What we offer?
