This role is essential in ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and timely care. Key Responsibilities Provide and oversee direct nursing care based on care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs Maintain accurate, timely documentation in PointClickCare (PCC) Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care outcomes Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Qualifications Current, active RN license in South Carolina (in good standing) Current CPR certification Must maintain all required continuing education Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred We are an equal opportunity employer.
