We're known for our blues, brews, burgers, excellent customer service, community outreach, and family environment.Job SummaryA Prep Cook prepares cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep. Set up workstations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes. Undertake basic cooking duties, such as reducing sauces and parboiling food. Prepare simple dishes, such as salads and entrees.ResponsibilitiesSetting up and stocking his or her station before the start of each service.Prepping food each day and following Huey's recipes.Complying with Health Department regulations and safety standards.Serving and preparing food of the highest quality.
