Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Oncology Team

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to become a vital part of our Oncology team in San Antonio. This position involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients undergoing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, transfusions, and other supportive treatments.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to ensure comprehensive care.
• Administer medications and infusions safely and effectively.
• Manage central lines and monitor patients for symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
• Offer emotional support and advocate for patient preferences and needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in oncology nursing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
