Physician Assistant

Hiring a Physician Assistant to join an Occupational health clinic in Hagerstown, MD. Please review the job description and apply if you are interested in this position! Location: Hagerstown, MD 21742 Pay: $85/hr. Duration: 07/24/26 to 09/04/26 (possible extension or Temp. to Perm.) Schedule: 40 hours weekly, 3 pm - 11 pm (Mon - Fri) | No weekends or On-call requirements Setting: Primary/Occupational health employee clinic Key Responsibilities Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed Maintain patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices Qualifications Current DEA and state prescriptive authority (preferred). Current BLS certification (AHA, ARC, or equivalent) Minimum of 3 years of Physician Assistant experience in ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, or emergency department settings. #J-18808-Ljbffr TEEMA Solutions Group
