Job Summary

Ridderman Oil is seeking a reliable and hardworking Class B CDL Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role combines local delivery driving with warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in both driving and hands-on warehouse environments. Manual transmission experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Duties:

• Safely operate Class B commercial vehicles (manual transmission required)
• Perform local deliveries of fuel, oil, and related products
• Load and unload products as needed
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate delivery records and logs
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries

Warehouse Duties:

• Receive, stock, and organize inventory
• Pick and prepare orders for delivery or pickup
• Load and unload trucks using proper equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory counts and tracking
• Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (if certified or willing to be trained)

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL required
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (required)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Previous delivery driving and/or warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to learn)
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsement a plus but not required
