Job Skills / Requirements

We are currently hiring a full-time Site Manager in the Philadelphia area. Candidates must have supervisory experience in the security industry as well as scheduling experience. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work with all types of people. The site manager is responsible for the daily functioning of a contract site including operations, customer service, personnel management, and security & safety in accordance with Sunstates objectives. The position is a 1st Shift position.

A Site Manager may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Site Supervisor will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

Education Requirements (All)

High School diploma or equivalent
