Lead Technical Recruiter — Build Our Hiring Engine
Grounded RV
Grounded is hiring its first in-house recruiter to own end-to-end technical recruiting in Detroit. You will partner with the founders and technical leads to define roles, build pipeline, and run a fast, humane process across manufacturing, engineering, and software teams. As Grounded scales, you’ll design the recruiting function from zero, establish workflows and employer branding, and close candidates with equity discussions when appropriate. #J-18808-Ljbffr Grounded RV
