Job Description Providence Medical Group - Southern Oregon is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join the Eagle Point Family Medicine Clinic, located just outside of Medford, Oregon. The clinic features a patient-centered medical home model and multi-disciplinary team including physicians, advanced practice providers, psychologist, case manager, and clinical pharmacist.
