International Subaru of Orland Park is a 15 year plus established dealership in Suburban Cook County and is continuing to grow fast! We are looking for motivated individuals who can learn fast, represent our company values and our brand at the highest level. If you are looking for a job and not a career, need not apply.
Top performing customer service sales associates can earn as much as a $100k plus annual income from our base salary plus commission and bonuses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet and greet customers who visit our dealership
- Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs
- Demonstrate vehicle features
- Negotiate sales price and purchasing options with customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- ENTHUSIASTIC with high energy throughout the sales workday
- OUTGOING and friendly, especially while handling objections
- ABOVE AVERAGE customer service skills
- SELF STARTER and motivated to be a top sales person
- PERSUASIVE and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- STRONG work ethic
ADDITIONAL PREFERENCE:
- Fluent in English and Spanish or English and Polish
- Automotive sales experience or relatable sales experience
