Who We’re Looking For: As a key member of the Finance team, the Financial Analyst - Cost Accounting delivers impactful insights that drive value creation, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. This role supports Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing with accurate, timely, and data-driven reporting across gross margin, inventory, and capital expenditures. About the Role: Develop and enhance financial reporting leveraging modern BI tools (PowerBI, SAP, Oracle EPM) to deliver actionable insights Perform gross margin analysis including price, volume, mix, and FX impact Conduct deep-dive variance analysis on work orders, purchase price variance (PPV), and absorption Build and maintain ad-hoc financial models to support business decisions Participate in cost savings initiatives including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Six Sigma Green Belt projects Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and Strategic Plan processes for Supply Chain and Manufacturing Required Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, with a focus on Operations, Supply Chain, and/or Manufacturing Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience with ERP/EPM systems (SAP, Oracle EPM,) Excel and PowerPoint with advanced proficiency Why Laborie: Our Mission every day is to operate as a world-class specialist medical company making and advancing technologies that preserve and restore human dignity.
