Clinical Counselor Opportunity

Mindsight Behavioral Group is hiring for a Clinical Counselor in Lexington, KY and Somerset, KY. Both locations offer a mix of in-person and telehealth services with in-person availability 2-4 days per week. New hires are eligible for a $2000 sign-on bonus or paid training of equal value!

Mindsight Behavioral Group is a group practice committed to providing wraparound services to our community. We have locations throughout Kentucky and are growing all the time. Our vision is to provide excellent mental health services to everyone who needs them, especially those who may not otherwise be able to afford counseling. For this reason, we work hard to maintain relationships with Medicaid providers, and about 80% of our clients are Medicaid recipients.

Compensation and Support

While we may not be the highest-paying practice, we offer fair rates and a tremendous amount of support. We have a dedicated administrative team whose only purpose is to make sure you have everything you need to thrive. With a 90-day onboarding program and ongoing training, you'll have the support you need to build a full caseload and excel in your role.
