Experienced Phlebotomist needed/Part time

Job Description Phlebotomist position located at 2600 West Tuscarawas Saint - Suite 560, Canton, OH 44708. Work schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30am – 12:00pm. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Enter patient information accurately and timely. Process billing information and collect payments as necessary. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completed training program, or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist. Preferred Qualifications 2 years or more of phlebotomy experience. Additional Job Standards Accredited agency training required if no work experience. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test. Pay Range $17.75 - $25.92 per hour. All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
