Job Overview As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in the growth of the local market. The individual selected for this role will be involved in the selection and hiring of new Sales Representatives, coaching and development, and guiding and prioritizing Sales efforts to optimize results. Momentum is a firm believer that our biggest asset is people. This is an assistant manager role with growth into regional manager quickly based on metrics.
