At HydroHelp911, we help homeowners solve foundation, crawl space, and waterproofing problems. Every day our crews create incredible before-and-after transformations that people genuinely love watching online.

We're looking for someone who wants to build a career creating social media content--not someone who already knows everything.

If you're always filming, editing videos on your phone, following creators on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube, and wondering how people get paid to do that...

You'll work alongside our team learning how to:

• Film exciting before-and-after transformations
• Capture footage on active job sites
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Create longer YouTube videos
• Write attention-grabbing captions and hooks
• Use AI tools to edit faster and create more content
• Understand what makes videos perform well
• Turn great content into real business growth

Every week you'll continue building new skills while creating content that thousands--and eventually millions--of people can see.

We're much more interested in potential than experience.

You'll probably do well here if you:

• Love social media and spend time on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube
• Enjoy taking videos and photos with your phone
• Are naturally creative
• Learn quickly
• Like trying new things
• Aren't afraid to ask questions
• Can take feedback and improve

• Don't mind getting a little dirty to capture an incredible shot

• Professional videography experience
• A college degree
• Agency experience
• Years of editing experience
