Kneaders Bakery and Cafe
Position Assistant Bread Baker at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe. In this role you will help create a dynamic menu of artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads using whole ingredients. Job Overview MUST HAVE AFTERNOON/EVENING AVAILABILITY. Health benefits for full‑time employees (including pet insurance). Responsibilities Follow recipes and prepare one‑of‑a‑kind breads, paying close attention to details. Lift, stand, and mix dough, flour, and supplies weighing over 50 lbs. Work flexible hours: afternoons and evenings; works 11 am–7 pm, Sundays (store closed), and occasional overnight shifts during holiday seasons. Qualifications Large‑scale baking/pastry experience (preferred but not required). Attention to compliance with local, state, and federal food‑handler and sanitation regulations.
