Pharmacy Technician Travel

Responsibilities

A Pharmacy Technician - SRT contributes to AHF by demonstrating the competencies of a Level II Technician as described in the Scope of Practice and Responsibilities found in the AHF Pharmacy Policy, Procedure and Training manual. The Technician will enhance the reputation of AHF by remaining sensitive to the stigma of people living with HIV and associated comorbidities, understanding the difficulty of treating chronic diseases and barriers to care, and prioritizing patients' need to maintain anonymity and privacy. The Technician will serve as a passionate advocate for our top initiatives, keep AHF's core values and mission at the forefront of all activities, and work in a dynamic environment to provide the best experience for clients and employees. The Technician will work as part of a close knit team to establish and maintain good working relationships with healthcare providers, staff, and referral sources to facilitate the exchange of patient demographics and medication treatment plans.

Qualifications

Licenses/ Certifications: Required State license applicable to state, highly preferred +4 state licenses, PTCB, IMZ, CPR. The Technician must meet Level II Technician competencies and demonstrate competency in patient care, confidentiality, and communication.
