As a Caregiver, you'll help residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and meaningful evening while providing compassionate support with daily routines.

• Provide whole-person care with kindness, respect, and encouragement

• Support residents with evening routines, comfort, and personal care

• Create a calm, welcoming environment as residents prepare for the night

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and repositioning

• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests

• Assist with evening meals, hydration, and comfort needs

• Encourage meaningful interactions and provide companionship

• Monitor residents and report/document changes according to policy

• Follow infection control, safety, and community protocols

• Support evening routines and help residents prepare for bedtime

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Calm, attentive, and able to adapt to residents' changing needs

• Strong observation and communication skills

• Works well independently and as part of a team

• Interest in person-centered dementia care

• Assisted living, memory care, or caregiving experience

• Healthcare, hospitality, or customer service experience

• Experience providing compassionate support to older adults is valued

• At least 18 years of age

• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Current negative TB test

• Background check clearance
