Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team and help deliver restaurant-quality meals in a refined, service-focused environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen , values teamwork, and takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to chef specifications and quality standards .
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance in all kitchen areas.
Assist with prep work, plating, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
Collaborate with the culinary team to meet service timelines and guest expectations.
Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to maintain smooth operations.
Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role preferred.
Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations .
Ability to work in a high-volume, upscale dining environment .
Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
