Position: Construction Project Manager Location: Farmington, CT Compensation: $105,000 to $135,000 Responsibilities: Lead project management tasks including RFI/RFP submittals, processing change orders, and ensuring quality and efficient project completion. Collaborate with ownership, superintendents, and subcontractors. Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion. Obtain necessary regulations and permits. Order necessary supplies, tools, and equipment. Ensure projects align with agreed-upon plans. Coordinate the full project lifecycle with the Superintendent and Ownership. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and ensure efficiency. Desired Skills (Not Mandatory): Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD, and similar tools/technology. Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes. Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to be agile on the job site, managing moving timelines and objectives. Effective communication and coordination skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field(s).
