Licensed Practical Nurse AL1 Touchmark at Fairway Village is Southwest Washington's premier retirement community. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN's) to join our team - for a Full time position. Shifts vary, but predominantly day shifts with weekend and holiday rotations Starting wage $38.00 hr and up depending on experience! As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents receive the highest level of dignity and care. Responsibilities include: Ensure that quality care is delivered to each resident by holding a team of caregivers accountable for providing person-centered care and following resident care policies and procedures Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth move-in experiences for each resident Working with the Life Enrichment team to coordinate a life enrichment plan for each resident based on remaining strengths, abilities, interests, skills, physician recommendations, social and restorative goals, and personal care requirements Assist the Health Services Director with staff scheduling, recruitment, and training Assist with compliance with state regulations, safety regulations, and sanitation requirements.
