Pay: $65,000-$80,000 USD Annually

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to both site leadership and employees on any HR related topics and activities
• Responsible for the operational daily management of HR activities
• Responsible for handling employee relations issues as they arise, such as conducting investigations and working with management to determine appropriate level of discipline as needed
• Support recruitment efforts at the site. Will work with the Talent Acquisition and Development Partner to fill openings and recruit in the Canton/Boston area
• Implement and communicate HR Policies and/or Procedures and Processes
• Maintain professional knowledge within the HR field
• Be the ambassador of Fagron Family Rules, Values and Culture.
• Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources or related field
• SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical industry or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
