An established academic health system is seeking a Breast Ultrasound Technologist to join its growing Women's Imaging team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced radiologists and breast imaging specialists in a collaborative, patient-focused environment utilizing advanced diagnostic imaging technology. Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic breast ultrasound examinations
- Produce high-quality images for physician interpretation
- Assist with image-guided breast procedures as needed
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy throughout examinations
- Maintain compliance with departmental protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary care teams
Job Requirements
- Associate degree or completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
- ARDMS certification (AB, OB, or RVT credentials accepted)
- At least one year of breast imaging experience
- Experience in a hospital or outpatient imaging setting preferred
