About the Role Outpatient Endocrinology practice with a diverse patient population Work alongside a collaborative team including Endocrinologists and Nurse Practitioners across two practices located just 5 miles apart Part of our Center for Medical Weight Management , a fully accredited comprehensive center. Supported by a multidisciplinary team including a Certified Diabetes Educator and Registered Dietitian Practice Highlights Established referral base with 60+ primary care physicians On-site laboratory and radiology services Strong administrative and management support so you can focus on patient care Schedule: 4 clinical days + 1 administrative day - Option for hybrid clinic schedule with opportunity to provide remote telehealth care.
