Arcade Attendant

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking an Arcade Attendant to join the team! An Andretti Arcade Attendant is a part‑time role responsible for anticipating guest needs, exceeding guest service expectations, and providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality to ensure Guest satisfaction. Position Summary We are looking for bright, talented and outgoing people. An Andretti Associate is responsible for anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations and implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional Guest service. Key Responsibilities Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner. Project and articulate racing requirements and safety guidelines to Guests. Conduct redemption inventory and ensure displays are fully stocked. Perform minor repairs on games and explain their operation to Guests. Notify Game Techs of any machine errors and return gameplay credit to guests. Deliver energetic guest service with a sense of urgency. Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence. Assist with Guest recovery and ensure positive Guest experiences. Maintain constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies & procedures. Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and co‑workers. Be aware of and knowledgeable about facility emergency procedures. Perform Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned. Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred. Skills & Requirements 1+ year prior guest service experience; preferably in hospitality, restaurant or entertainment setting. High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and Guest focused. Ability to perform job duties in a fast‑paced, loud environment. Work days, nights, holidays and/or weekends as required. Ability to use a point of sale system and other electronic equipment as needed. Desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday. Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, reach, turn, climb, and perform stocking up to 30–50 lbs; stand or walk for extended periods; work in extreme temperatures.
