Job Summary:

Experienced Warehouse Associate skilled in loading and unloading trailers, inventory scanning, quality inspections, material handling, and shipping operations while ensuring safety compliance, accurate documentation, and efficient warehouse workflow.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Load and unload trucks while following proper material handling and trailer safety procedures.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for correct labeling, damage, and overall quality.
• Scan and verify all raw materials, finished goods, and inventory to ensure accurate tracking.
• Ensure trailers are loaded correctly to prevent overweight loads and maintain load stability.
• Secure trailers using approved safety procedures, including wheel chocks, trailer jacks, and locking devices before loading or unloading.
• Stage received materials in designated storage locations to support efficient warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and loading documentation.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse through routine housekeeping activities.
