Our Facilities team plays a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors every day.About the RoleThe HVAC Technician is a certified, highly skilled professional responsible for complex troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance, across all Mennonite Village facilities. This role requires Oregon HVAC certification.What You'll DoPerform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systemsServe as a subject matter expert in HVAC and support complex system repairs and installationsComplete and document work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and inspections accurately in the CMMSDeliver courteous, professional, and compassionate service to residents, staff, and leadershipWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who brings technical excellence, accountability, and a strong service mindset to their work.
