Job Summary
Elite Manufacturing and Professional Services is seeking dependable, hardworking General Laborers for a variety of manufacturing and industrial opportunities in the Surgoinsville area. We work with businesses across multiple industries and are looking for individuals who are ready to work, learn new skills, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
These positions may involve production, assembly, material handling, packaging, machine operation, quality inspection, warehouse support, and other general manufacturing duties. Available assignments will vary based on the facility, department, shift, and individual qualifications.

Responsibilities
* Assist with daily manufacturing and production operations.
* Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products.
* Package, label, sort, and prepare products for shipment or further processing.
* Assist with assembly, fabrication, and other production tasks.
* Operate basic machinery and production equipment after appropriate training.
* Inspect products and materials for defects, damage, or quality issues.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
* Follow workplace safety procedures, production instructions, and quality standards.
* Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
* Perform additional duties as assigned based on the needs of the facility.
Qualifications
* Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a shift.
* Ability to lift and move materials as required by the specific position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Willingness to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience is a plus but not required for all positions.
* Ability to meet the schedule and attendance requirements of the assigned position.
Work Environment
Depending on the assignment, work may take place in a manufacturing plant, glass processing facility, metal fabrication environment, packaging operation, warehouse, or other industrial setting.
Employees may work around machinery, production lines, moving materials, and varying temperatures or noise levels. Required personal protective equipment and safety training will depend on the facility and job duties. Available schedules may include first, second, or third shifts, as well as overtime or weekend hours depending on the assignment.
