POW is growing in Dallas, and we're looking for an outgoing, motivated

Marketing & Event Marketing Assistant

who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a team that gets things done.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in

sales, event marketing, customer engagement, brand promotions, and marketing campaigns

. You'll work directly with customers at events and promotional locations, represent client brands, and learn how to turn great conversations into lasting customer relationships. No marketing or sales experience? No problem. We provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you build confidence and develop valuable business skills.

What You'll Do Assist with event marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand awareness initiatives. Represent client brands at events, retail locations, and face-to-face marketing campaigns. Engage with customers, answer questions, and introduce products and services. Support sales initiatives, customer acquisition, and lead generation. Help coordinate event setups, promotional materials, and campaign activities. Build strong customer relationships through direct communication and product presentations. Learn sales techniques, marketing strategies, and effective customer engagement methods. Work alongside team members to meet campaign goals and deliver a positive customer experience. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
