Compassion-Driven Hospice RN Case Manager

VITAS Healthcare in Kansas City seeks an experienced Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure hospice patients are comfortable and to build compassionate connections in patients' homes. You’ll carry autonomy at the bedside, work with an interdisciplinary team weekly, and educate families on the palliative focus of hospice while delivering dignity at end of life. A valid RN license and at least two years in hospice, home health, or community health are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
