Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - $2050 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 22 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Any Contract Type at Program: Aya Program - Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is required. IV start. Telemetry. Ventilator management experience.

Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

Special Requests: Assignment must extend through January 2, 2027.

Unit Details: Adult patient population. Kidney, liver, lung, and heart transplant population.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend day F/S + 1 day shift.

Floating Requirements: Floats to Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, Medical ICUs (MICU x2), Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, and SICU/MICU/NCCU based on staffing and patient acuity. Required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity. May float throughout the organization if there is no need in Critical Care.

14 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required
