Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day quality control activities, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations
  • Manage and mentor a team of inspectors, providing technical support and direction
  • Develop, implement, and refine quality processes and procedures
  • Conduct internal audits to identify gaps and drive corrective actions
  • Analyze quality metrics, non-conformance data, and feedback to prevent defects
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain to resolve quality issues
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective solutions
  • Oversee supplier quality performance, including audits and continuous improvement
  • Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in a Quality Supervisor or similar leadership role in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, ISO standards, and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to lead and develop inspection or quality teams
  • Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement initiatives
  • Experience with SPC, root cause analysis, and quality tools/methodologies
  • Solid understanding of workplace safety practices
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
