Supervise production employees, including assigning work, monitoring quality, managing overtime, and enforcing safety standards. Ensures that all job orders are completed in accordance with customer specifications and quality expectations. Review daily production activities with the Plant Manager and communicate updates, challenges, and performance results. Maintain regular and reliable attendance to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of the Plant Supervisor role. Ensure company policies and procedures are clearly communicated, understood, and consistently followed. Evaluate employee performance and competencies; provide coaching, feedback, and development as needed. Collaborate with management and maintenance teams to ensure projects, repairs, and production goals are completed accurately and on schedule. Support a safe work environment by promoting and enforcing safety policies and best practices. Perform other duties assigned by management. Requirements: High School or GED Equivalent Basic Mathematics skills Ability to read and write English Language Ability to understand and use Safety Rules and Procedures as well as OSHA standards and regulations Must exercise a reasonable degree of judgment and possess the ability to recognize appropriate company policies that apply in each situation and follow them. Must be able to read measuring tape and caliper Excellent communication skills Excellent time management skills Ability to use Microsoft office applications (word, excel, teams) proficiently Must be self-motivated Must work well as part of a team Comfortable speaking to groups of people
