You’re excited by our mission and the opportunity to bring your unique strengths and creativity to the ground level. You have experience supervising pre‑licensed clinicians or are ready to provide supervision (meeting or nearly meeting Colorado and board requirements). Responsibilities and Duties Provide weekly or biweekly supervision to 1–3 pre‑licensed clinicians, including case consultation, note review within five business days of a session, and case conceptualization. Conduct 20–25 hours of client sessions per week (individual, group, couple, or family) – we help you find and schedule your clients. Create and implement treatment plans, complete necessary documentation within 48 hours of service, and participate in supervision and consultation as needed. Coordinate services as needed with other internal and external providers. Attend and participate in all staff meetings and trainings. Identify innovative ways to fill need gaps and best serve our community. Collaborate with leadership to meet company and individual goals. Required Qualifications Completed Master's degree. Registered with DORA as a licensed clinician (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD). Experience with completing clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively to meet necessary deadlines. Comfort and familiarity working with clients from a diverse range of concerns. Proficiency with typical office technology (computers, e‑mail, etc.) and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus). Ability to pass a background check. Comfort with the natural ambiguity and excitement of a start‑up environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with historically marginalized communities (e.g., BIPOC, LGBTQIA+). Experience with Veterans or servicemembers. Currently pan‑ed or credentialed with an insurance provider(s). Multilingual. Experience in community, group, or private practice mental health. Additional clinical expertise (e.g., EMDR, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, KAP, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy). Current community involvement. Identify as a creative interventionist. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay to compensate all of your time (pay range based on licensure and experience). Additional pay for supervisory duties. Health, Dental, and Vision benefits.
