Sophia's is a brunch-focused restaurant open daily from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM-no late nights required. The Opportunity As the General Manager, you will be the heartbeat of Sophia's. You'll lead daily operations, inspire a strong team culture, uphold brand standards, and ensure an outstanding guest experience every single day. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and knows how to balance people, performance, and profitability.
