Pharmacy & Clinical Fairfax, VA Full time Posted 2 months ago Licensed pharmacist to prepare and verify non-sterile (and, as assigned, sterile) compounded preparations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and full regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Compound and perform final verification of patient-specific and office-use preparations per USP / standards Review prescriptions for clinical appropriateness, dosing, and interactions Supervise and verify the compounding work of pharmacy technicians Maintain master formulation records, batch records, and beyond-use dating Counsel patients and prescribers as needed Support quality assurance, documentation, and recall procedures Requirements Active pharmacist license (Virginia, or eligible for Virginia licensure) Minimum 2+ years of compounding pharmacy experience required Working knowledge of USP , , and Experience with pharmacy management/dispensing systems (BestRx a plus) Strong attention to detail and disciplined documentation habits Preferred 503A pharmacy experience Qualification: ctive pharmacist license (Virginia, or eligible for Virginia licensure) Working knowledge of USP , , and Experience with pharmacy management/dispensing systems (BestRx a plus) Strong attention to detail and disciplined documentation habits 503A pharmacy experience (Preferred) Department: Pharmacy & Clinical Experience: Minimum 2+ years of compounding pharmacy experience required Stay informed about new roles, company news, and career growth opportunities.
