Job Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures across all phases of commercial construction projects
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards
• Review construction drawings, submittals, and materials to ensure quality requirements are met
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and inspectors to resolve quality-related issues
• Document inspections, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions
• Lead quality meetings and provide training to project teams on quality standards and best practices
• Support project close-out documentation, including punch lists and final inspections

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial construction quality control or quality assurance
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and sequencing
• Proven experience interpreting construction documents and specifications
• Familiarity with local and national building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA certification or other relevant certifications preferred
