ETCS Training & Simulator Manager

Northern Trains Limited is seeking an ETCS Training & Simulator Manager to lead innovative scenario-based training for drivers as ETCS technology is implemented. This role involves delivering high-quality simulator training, designing training programs, and monitoring outcomes to ensure safety and operational standards are met. Qualified Train Driver status is essential, along with strong communication and coaching skills.
