Monterey Bay Charter School, established in 1998, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated professionals to join our faculty and school community. We are members of the Alliance for Public Waldorf Education and are guided by the Core Principles of Public Waldorf Education.
Located in Pacific Grove, California—just minutes from the beach—Monterey Bay Charter offers an exceptional coastal setting. MBCS is a well-established charter school serving one transitional kindergarten class and double-tracked kindergarten through eighth grade. We invest in our teachers by providing ongoing professional development during faculty meetings, paid summer grade-level training, and a competitive salary schedule. QUALIFICATIONS
Required: California Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential, Specialty Credential, or appropriate credential/qualifications for the position.
Highly Desired: Waldorf certification or successful classroom experience in a public Waldorf setting.
