Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage entire brands and books of business across multiple projects and initiatives Lead project planning, including timelines, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from kickoff through delivery Partner closely with Account, Strategy, Creative, Media, and Development teams Identify risks and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track Monitor brand and project performance, ensuring alignment with business goals Mentor and support project management team members Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across teams Qualifications 4+ years of project management experience, preferably within an agency or healthcare/pharma environment Proven ability to manage multiple projects or full books of business Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, resourcing) Experience leading cross-functional teams Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Workfront, Asana, Jira, etc.) Moon Rabbit embraces and celebrates diversity, inclusivity, and equal opportunity.
