Electrical Engineer

Electrical EngineerThe Electrical Engineer will support electrical engineering activities for manufacturing equipment installations and plant expansion projects, including electrical planning, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and startup.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and support electrical systems for new equipment and plant expansion projects.Develop and review electrical layouts, schematics, one lines, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.Coordinate electrical installation, wiring, and commissioning of industrial equipment.Support startup, troubleshooting, and turnover of equipment to operations.Work with contractors, vendors, maintenance, and operations to complete projects safely and effectively.Ensure electrical installations comply with NEC, NFPA 70E, and company standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.5+ years of electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Experience with electrical installation, commissioning, and startup.Understanding of low and medium voltage power systems.Experience with motors, VFDs, MCCs, control panels, and industrial electrical equipment.Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.Working knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E.
