Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/CLT) Mobile Therapy | South Florida
A clinician-led organization is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide specialized lymphedema treatment in a flexible home-based care model throughout South Florida.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay-per-visit model: $63 per visit (COTA CLT)
- Typical full-time clinicians complete 2430 visits per week
- Estimated annual earnings: ~$78,000 $92,000+ based on visit volume
- Visits typically range from 7085 minutes
- Mileage reimbursement at current IRS rate
- Productivity incentives available for exceeding visit targets

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under the supervision of an OT
- Implement treatment plans and track patient progress
- Provide hands-on therapy and patient education
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with the care team
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Qualifications
- Active Florida COTA license
- CLT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Home health experience preferred
- Reliable transportation for travel within the assigned coverage area
- Comfortable using electronic documentation platforms
Florida coverage areas are assigned close to home.
South Florida, Central Florida, Volusia County, Space Coast, Tampa Bay, and Jacksonville regions.

Orlando, Kissimmee, Winter Garden, Maitland, Davenport, Poinciana
