Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Valiant Mind Counseling Center, you will:

• Provide individualized psychotherapy services to clients facing various mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through interviews, observations, and standardized assessment tools to understand their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that are culturally competent and evidence-based, taking into consideration each patient's unique circumstances and preferences.
• Engage in ongoing evaluation of treatment effectiveness, utilizing feedback to adapt therapeutic strategies to better meet patient needs and promote positive outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that addresses not only mental health but also any co-occurring medical concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date EHRs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To thrive in this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
