Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Join Our Exceptional Team!

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

We're looking for a compassionate, skilled  Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established, patient-focused practice. If you're passionate about providing outstanding hygiene care, educating patients, and building lasting relationships, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care
• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planning
• Utilize laser technology and digital X-rays
• Educate patients on oral health and long-term disease prevention
• Help create a comfortable, positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Current California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License
• Laser Certification
• Current CPR Certification (we'll cover your CPR renewal!)
• Dental X-ray License
• Preferred: 3+ years of clinical hygiene and non-surgical periodontal therapy experience
• New graduates are encouraged to apply —we're willing to train the right person. Compensation is based on experience (DOE).

Schedule

We're looking to fill  four hygiene days per week , but we're flexible and happy to work with the right candidate to create a schedule that fits both your needs and the practice.
