Director of Operations

We're seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing vacation rental portfolio. This role oversees housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, and vendor relationships to ensure every property is guest-ready and maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Lead housekeeping, maintenance, and inspection teams
Ensure all properties meet company quality standards through routine inspections
Oversee preventive maintenance and resolve operational issues quickly
Manage vendor and contractor relationships
Monitor budgets, inventory, and operational performance
Partner with guest services to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Develop processes that improve efficiency and property readiness

Qualifications

5+ years of operations leadership experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, hotels, or property management
Experience managing multi-site operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and operational processes
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties
