Entry Level Sales - Launch Your Sales Career in a Niche Financial Market

In this entry-level sales role, you’ll step into the secondary market for life insurance — a specialized space where you’ll help drive revenue by promoting life settlements to financial advisors, policyowners, and other intermediaries.

You’ll be on the front lines: opening doors, educating advisors, and helping them see a powerful option their clients often don’t even know exists.

This is where you learn how serious sales is done.

If you’ve got a degree, a competitive streak, and a year or two of sales or marketing under your belt, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Work On

You’ll focus on building a book of business and deepening relationships across a defined territory in the life settlement space:

• Life settlements and the secondary market for life insurance
• Revenue growth within your assigned territory
• Networks of financial advisors and intermediaries
• Policyowners exploring alternatives for their policies
• Broker-dealers and insurance partners
• Education and awareness of the life settlement option

You’ll develop an understanding of key broker-dealers and insurance partners, including their products, platforms, structures, and initiatives.

Your core challenge: turn education and trust into closed business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identifying prospective leads within your assigned territory
• Qualifying and prioritizing opportunities with consumers and financial advisors
• Closing prospective leads to drive revenue growth
• Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships
• Working as part of a team to develop sales strategies
• Implementing territory strategies to increase sales and cultivate new clients
• Consulting with financial advisors on the life settlement option
• Conducting educational presentations for financial advisors and intermediaries
• Developing an understanding of key broker-dealers and insurance partners
• Staying aligned with partner products, platforms, structures, and initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred
• Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close prospective leads
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships with consumers and financial advisors
• Competitive, energetic personality with a drive to win
• Comfort presenting and consulting with financial professionals
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate on sales strategies
