Contract LPN/RN (Skilled Nursing Home) 8 week Contract

Connected Health Care

Licensed Practical Nurse Or Registered Nurse

This 8-week contract places an LPN or RN in a skilled nursing facility in Milbank, Minnesota. The role delivers high-quality nursing care, administers medications, and documents patient status while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. The assignment supports residents' safety, comfort, and overall health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document care plans accurately within the EMR system
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement personalized care strategies
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to promote resident safety and comfort
Assist with patient activities and provide emotional support to residents during shifts

Qualifications:

Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Minnesota
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
CPR certification
State-specific nursing licenses
Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Ability to pass a full background check
Strong communication skills
Flexibility to work a mixture of day, evening, and night shifts
Physically able to perform caregiving tasks
